Ruby Chocolate Fig Bonbons

This is a unique and delicious chocolate bonbon, with a fig and Marc de cava flavour. Rabito's Royale has selected the best dried figs, stuffed them with a white chocolate truffle with a touch of Marc de cava, and covered them with a thin layer of chocolate made with the Ruby cocoa variety.
