Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Subscription Orders Monthly Tea Club subscriptions ship within 2-3 business days of your billing date each month.
